Trying to find out when MP3 player comes out, having some troubles

Has anyone else heard about the Samsung Galaxy S II Wifi 4.0 and 5.0? Ive been trying to find out when it is to be released. it has the Android software on it and is modeled after the Galaxy S II without the normal phone capabilities. I dont really care where it is going to be released(would prefer the US) as long as the language and location settings can be changed... ive been seeing some stuff saying its being released in Russia and Switzerland but cant find where to get it or if it will be able to be changed like i want.

That's a phone right? Not an MP3 player?

Regretfully, I use my Samsung Galaxy S for music playback because I rely on some apps now that play different formats; Spotify, etc.
The sound quality though is very below par in my opinion, and it apparently got given the best reviews in the sound category.

no they are actually making a Galaxy S MP3 player only... it is supposed to have all of the functions of the phone except calling service everywhere...
