trying to build a computer

I'm looking to build a computer. I have about 500-600 to spend. I have actually posted on here before and someone sent me a great build, but I didn't have the money at the time and now all those combos are no longer available.

I want to play SC2 on high settings with good FPS.

I dont need:
mouse
keyboard
monitor
OS

I dont really know much about compatibility or what exactly i should be spending on each part. I can have someone help me put it together once i buy it. I just don't know what to get.
