Trouble with computer, help please

Hello, just trying to troubleshoot a computer. It can POST, I can access BIOS, however soon after the POST screen it says "NTLDR is Missing" restart computer.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

- motherboard replaced?
-HD replaced?

Tried installing windows, it gives a hexadecimal error: 00000050

Is this a new computer? Don't try to install windows. See if you can do a repair.
