transferring from sony camcorder to CD

I have been trying to transfer my video tape on to CD, using "Pixela" Each time I try to transfer from camcorder to PC, it freezes after 17 minutes, saying the memory is full (which is not the case)

I hate Pixela sooo much. Use another program if you can.
