Hi,
i have my neices laptop for repair (above).
i have installed the drivers for the intel wireless card, however the newer drivers will not work on it.
i have read on other boards that the older drivers will work with it.
how can i remove the new drivers for it and then install the older drivers.
i have attempted it through device manager, hidden files and deleted what i thought was the new driver. however when i attempt to install the older driver, it pops up with newer version of driver already installed, canot install driver!!

running windows xp sp2

thnks for hep.

Go back to device manager, get back to your wireless card under "Network Adapters" and double click it. Under the Driver tab there should be an option called "Roll back Driver" if that isn't grayed out click it and it should revert back to the old driver.

Or right click to that device ( i.e: Tecra M2 WLAN) and click uninstall --> restart ==> re-install the old driver
