torrent downloading

hi guys
im downloading a trailer basically its done up to 98% and now the download speed has dropped it used to be nearly 300kbps but now its 300bps ive got peers but i havnt got no seeds can anyone help me

Bittorrent requires peers to download files, unlike downloading off a server on the internet.
