Too slow for Win 7?

ok, will do. I have all 4 ports filled with 1/2 gig of RAM each - what do you suggest? Upgrade 2 to 1 gig each?

Yes that would work fine. Do you know what speed your RAM is ? try and get some that matches you current. Dont go buying high spec RAM as your chipset may not work at the same speed therefore making it a waste of money.

Not sure right now - If I know me I got exactly what crucial told me to get when I bought it. I can pull it tomorrow and take a look but crucial says my machine uses PC3200 LOW DENSITY DDR DDR400 184pin

If I upgraded the video card from current Nvidia GT 7800 to a 512 or a gig would I need a bigger power supply I have a 300 watt.
