.toast files

Hi. I recently downloaded something with the file extension ".toast". Through some quick searches i found it's like a .iso file for Mac OSX. Unfortunately, i have Windows XP. I would really like to open this .toast file.. i don't mind if this means burning it, or running it as a virtual CD. What are my options here?

hehe i went onto google define, and stupid me...i get loads about what toast is...the breaded kind... oh dear...

I found this on a site though i'm afraid:

"Toast 6 runs on Mac OS X only. This is basically an .ISO file. Sonic Solutions bought out Roxio's consumer software division on 20 December 2004."

well programers like me make our own file types for example i could use .techno and in that file would be data my program can read ... it doesn't really matter what it is and you will not be able to find out as we can use what we want
