Time zones

I'd like to ask members what the time differentials are, +/- between where you live, & England where I am, I understand that America / Canada varies between 4 & 11 hours, east coast USA / NW Canada, this'll give me an idea when I will receive messages etc.

That works too. It just uses a different reference point with that being Washinton DC, eastern standard time. So here in California, I'm behind 3 hours.

Well, I go by the Eastern time zone (GMT -5) because I'm from New York.
