Well, idk what kind of situation you got going for space but a few things don't really add up. Just for gaming you don't need an i7, and it's kind of a waste to spend the extra 100 when an i5 will do the same. The screen IMO is a tad small, I'd aim for a 23 or 24" personally. Even if you stay with 1080p for a resolution.

The rig will take no more than 300ish watts, so 850 is extremely overkill. I'd also reconsidering the case. The design is really dated and there are much better options for the money.

If you got some extra cash I'd suggest getting a 1070 instead. I would also get an eVGA card over an Asus.
