think i got a hacker

i think i got a hacker on my computer i have zonealarm and i had the firewall off.....dont know why it was off and wen i turned it on it blocked 3 access attempts.. and everytime i press ctrl + alt + delete it bounces up to 100% cpu ussage and it goes down to like 20% and keeps chaning to random numbers.. how do i check if i got a hacker?

Put out some milk and cookies, if they're gone in the morning fetch your shotgun

Seriously run a shedload of of security apps, its very unlikely to be a hacker as such, much more likely a trojan or somthing of that ilk.

i got alot of security i have zonealarm/spyware dr/ad-aware SE pro/ and that is it but i scanned em all no virus and i had like 3 spywares and it got remmoved and i rescanned and it was gone...i dont know why my computer is running so slow
