The Wave???

my comp all the time i scroll on internet explorer it does the wave and i hurts my eyes also when i log out or switch users on windows xp it also does the wave. whats going on???

sounds like you have a virus or something. Run all your virus and spyware scanners and see if that stops it. That happened to me i download a script virus and it kept waving IE

Its a sign that you probably dont have your graphics card drivers installed right or at all. I get them "waves" when ever my drivers are either missing or corrupt.
