an update on the speakers are here, check it out, and comment on it, oh btw be sure to check the first page to see the before picture of my first sanding attempt, it was AWFUL. and then on the second page is the same speaker redone, and it looks pretty ok

DO NOT TAKE APART THE HOUSING OF THE SPEAKER!!! its not just screwed together or something. the wooden box was built so the sound would come out good. the housing of the speaker has to be nice in order for the sound to be good. the speaker itself would not sound good if it didnt have the housing. you can either cover the speakers while ur spray painting or you can unscrew the speakers from the housing then u spray the speakers.
