What are you going to do with it? Gaming? Then why intel??? Case in point: my friend just got a new laptop with an Athlon 64 3400+ In aquamark, it gets TWICE the score of my 3.0GHz Prescott. TWICE!

I'm not sure RAID0 does 4 drives...
That array is excessive for anyhting but a server. How loud would it be?

I would agree on Ultras (note the "s") regardless of everythign else though. Unless you want to wait and get the newer 7 series cards.

Personally, My dream system right now (within reason):

>Water cooling
>1x 6800Ultra
>2GB premium ram
>74GB Raptor
>250GB+ Seconadary SATA

Vibration insulate everthing, and that thing would be very quiet.

Well I like intel. And I know AMD is better at games, and I play games. But I also do video editing and other things of that nature. And I just prefer intel over AMD. No offense.

And yes you can do a RAID 0 with 4x drives.....

But now that I think of it, RAID 0+1 would work better. Just for redundency.
