The Norton Alternative?

Personally for spyware, I use Spybot Search and Destroy.
I found Ad-Aware seemed to remove my Internet connection (NTL) around the second time running it, and I had to do backups to get it back. Seriously annoying.

its not free, but for an anti-virus go with NOD32. i'm using the trial right now wiht my norton temperarily uninstalled and i love it.

I never really liked Norton, I prefer Avast! and Ad-Aware.

Zone alarm raped my computer! I installed it then restarted and then it showed the "would you like to start in safe mode" black screen. And if i click run windows normally it would just restart sooo screw that i'm gonna use something else

you could try look n' stop firewall, that's a really good one with low resources except it's not free

omg my comp is terrible and out of date. i got a 14GB hard drive, 256MB RAM, 550mhz processor and a Radeon 7200 or 7500( i forgot) video card and my mouse insint evne lazer , i don't have a LCD flat panel screen and a 4X CD Drive.


So you think you can beat my super gamming power horse?
