My name is Ron. I am retired and live in the middle of nowhere and suffer from having only hughesnet as a provider. I am on my computer daily. It is a dinosaur but I have never owned a better one. Its a Gateway GT5676. This was one of the best out of the box gaming computers 7 years ago when I bought it. I am not a gamer. I use it for surfing,and downloading lots of large files and converting video from one format to another. I have it connected to a 32" monitor VGA and a 60" Sharp quatron lcd. I hope to find some help on this system for upgrades on this bboard if I can find which area to put it under.
