Text shakes

I set the screen resolution to the highest that my monitor supports, and now text seems to shake every now and then. If I lower it it fixes the problem. Any suggestions? I like this high resolution. If only I could get the text to stay still.

what resolution is it? Also do you have a CRT monitor or LCD? What is the monitor refresh rate set at?

1280 by 1024 pixels resolution
75 hertz refresh
It just stopped and has not been happening anymore. weird
