Terminal Emulator

I need a fairly decsent Terminal Emulator for Windows. I only need something that will allow me to connect to a Unix box. Only thing really is that I need, is it must support SCO-ANSI. If anyone out there knows of a good program, or if there are extensions for HyperTerminal, please let me know
