PC Wizard.

When you minimize it you'll get a read out in the corner of the screen.

I agree, PC Wizard is what I use, it's good because it gives you a detailed report of everything in system.

I'm pretty sure PC Wizard still uses the TjMax of 105c, whilst the correct TjMax is 100c. It will give you temps 5c too high, so just deduct 5c from the temps it gives you.

Or use Coretemp/Realtemp.
