I don't believe Tech-forums is an independent company therefore the free public client/server may be acceptable although there may be issues in the EULA. I wouldn't go on this for one and I believe a standard txt chat client would be the first step instead of VOIP

I still keep up a ventrilo server for those of us who want to use one out of my own pocket. I would be more than willing to up the server to something bigger than 15 slot if need be.
