when i click right click on a process that is open in my process list and there ticked with virtualization and some aren't can someone tell me what it does if its ticked or not please?

The ones marked virtualization belong to Windows 7, the others either arent compatible for virtualization or parts of it aren't.
For example, Windows Live Messenger.
If you install it by default, you will see WLM virtualization. If you use it in compatibilty mode, it wont be listed as virtualization.
