System Restore Problem in Windows 8.1

Today, I tried to check my system restore, to see how much space it was taking up currently, but when I clicked "system protection" in the system properties, i got this error : "There was an unexpected error in the property page: System Restore encountered an error. Please try to run System Restore again. (0x81000203) Please close the property page and try again." If I try to check the shadow storage in CMD, I get this : "Error: A Volume Shadow Copy Service component encountered an unexpected error. Check the Application event log for more information."
I'm thinking the problem would be in the "Services" section of Control Panel...
How do I fix this?

OK, I did some Googling, and I found this System Restore Error Code: 0x81000203 - Microsoft Community They said that this problem is caused by AVG PC Tune Up's "Turbo Mode" which disables System Protection. The fix is to disable Turbo Mode.

I checked it, it works now...

For those who don't know, Turbo Mode disables some of the PCs functions, when enabled, to speed up ur PC.

Which is why I typically stay away from everything AVG. You get what you (don't) pay for, sometimes.
