Sysinternals bought out by microsoft

From wikipedia...
Sysinternals is a website operated by the company Winternals Software LP, which is located in Austin, Texas. It was started by software developers Bryce Cogswell and Mark Russinovich in 1996, and was acquired by Microsoft on July 18, 2006.[1]

The website features several freeware tools to administrate and monitor Microsoft Windows computers. The company also sells data recovery utilities and professional editions of their freeware tools.

A blog entry made by Mark Russinovich in October 2005[1] sparked the 2005 Sony CD copy protection controversy.
