haven't seen it...but it is a musical...can't really knock a musical for singing too much or not liking the songs they sing, hehe

I don't agree with the "best directors" comment however

Dude, the story of sweeny todd is great. You guys are showing your age. Its actually one of the better adaptations of musicals.

The story is horrible, it was just way to obviouse, and then htey just left half the story hanging, what ever happens with the boy and todds daughter???

So johnny Depp can do a british accent, well havent we know that for 5 years now since the first pirates movie??

Ive seen alot of musicals and compared to them (especially Molan Rogue (sp?) the songs and the singing was like watching your kids first grade play.

and Rim Burton is in no way the best director not even in the top 5

yo i loved this movie i love the story of sweenie todd, and its a tim burton movie you have to be able to understand and be into that kind of artsi stuff.

^they assume just because we are younger, and that it was a musical, are the reasons we dont like the move, kinda being narrow minded if you ask me
