I continue to have errors when opening and using applications, reading through many Svchost.exe errors I thought maybe it was a backdoor trojan. I believe I did all that the forums told me to do and ran several virus scans and nothing is working. Can I get some help from you ubergeeks?

Several errors recd - Generic Host Process for Win32 Servers
sz AppName: svchost. exe on bootup

Trying to install avg anti-virus software I received -
The instruction at "0x3676FD1C" referenced memory at "0x3676FD1C." The memory could not be written.

While installing registry cleaner I received -
Cannot export 190.reg: Error writing the file. There may be a disk or file system error.

Whiile opening up Internet Explorer, I received -
Windows Service Pack Setup
szAppName: update.exe

Does this give anyone an idea as to what is going on? I can't figure it out.
