stupid question about IIS

i have a php site set up on iis 5.0. how do i set it up so someone can ping my IP address and view my site? when i try it now, i'm prompted to enter a user/password. thanks!

First off, you dont ping a site to view it. You ping an IP address (or an IP address by hostname).

Check your permissions on your Inetpub folder. Make sure that the anonymous logon user has sufficient rights to access your web page without a password.
