I'm having problems with starting windows. When I turn on computer, sometimes icons and start button doesn't appear, only desktop picture. I usually restart computer, and everything is allright, but sometimes I have to do it a couple of times. I tried to enter explorer.exe as new task, but it didn't work. I also removed programs that is running automaticaly when I turn on computer, but it also didn't work. Can you tell me what to do, or give me some advice?
