Stable server provider ... what should I do?

I need a stable server provider and two hosts are in my mind: qhoster.com and planethoster.com.
So which way is better to follow and why?

Just curious, because all I see are these random posts of yours where you ask about two different providers all the time... Why? You are almost always asking what host to use, whether it's for one thing, or the other... Just genuienly curious... why?
