i got kaspersky as my antivirus
i hope they wont interfer with each other

Use as many as you can,coz they dont always pick everything up. Spybot like mentioned above, adaware, spysweeper

i use hitman pro. It basically installs and automatically runs a whole lot of free and trial version scanners. All fully automated. The only problem is that it's in dutch, not sure if there's an english version out.
But it will get rid of almost any spyware out there.

If I remember correctly its just the website is in dutch, when you run the installer you can set the program to english.
