Spontaneous Shutdown

Having a strange problem with my PC... It will be running fine, and then suddenly, shutdown and restart. Very frustrating! Any ideas as to what may be wrong?

Post some info about your machine your specs

Probably related to overheating or a faulty Power supply, BUt a list of components would help.

Please be sure to List all specifications on your power supply, How many Fans and Other cooling devies and tempartures measured by program or a probe.

I remembered something Have you tried flashing your BIOS something it is caused by some imcompatibility Hope it helps

Sounds like a bad ram problem...
A specific sector of ram is damaged and when windows addresses that ram it encounters an error....

Run memtest 86....

Bet anything your power supply is going. Change it before if goes - they sometimes like to take mobos with them.
