Splitting the internet between two houses

Hello everyone,
could anyone explain if it's possible to share the internet between two office locations with 15 miles distance between them. They both are on the same ISP, but one of them has mega fast bandwidth with 2 grands bill to the ISP each month, and the other office has basic packet for $50 bucks, so how can get some of the faster connection into the other house without the need of 15 miles underground cables?

Mostly depends on if you have a clear and direct line-of-sight from one point to the other.

Cable would be just as if not more expensive. 15 miles of cable...would require a lot of ground work, permits, labor, as well as junction boxes (and would require the use of fiber).

We use these at work!
DragonWave brand though.
Mostly used as a temporary connection until fiber is ran
