Speed Problem

Ok So I previously posted about Slow internet Since then I've changed Providers To Virgin Media Limited Up to 30mpbs I'm currently getting 2mbps and I have not moved the computer or moved the SuperHub.
When Virgin got installed I did a Speed Test which Got 18mbps
Here's the latest results combined with the 18mbps Result

Could it be the Floors They're concrete but I Don't have a Problem with signal it's just the speed the signal currently sits on 5bars I'm seriously Stumped Any Idea's?

Call your ISP. Report the slow speeds to them. That is the only suggestion I can offer as there isn't much you can do from your end.

You could always run a system analyzer to see if something's slowing down your machine in general.
