hello im new here and i was wondering if my specs are good enough to use for gaming and video editing. here it is:

You should add a WD 36.7G 10,000 rpm hard disk as a second drive and place your swapfile on it. Also get a good defragmentation program like Perfectdisk or Diskeeper to keep your system optimized. Video editing uses the swapfile a lot, and the faster, the better.
