I want to get the best set of 5.1 speakers that cost less than 90$.

I found these:

So are one of those good? Don't just tell me to get the Logitech ones because of their rating I want to know which one is really the best.

You want ones that are 20hz - 20khz to give the full range of the human ear. On that front the logitech wins...

None are great, how ever I like Logitech so out of them I would go for that one.

I have a set of x-530s and can vouche for them. Great budget-minded 5.1 speakers. You can crank these up pretty loud, and still get clear sounds outta them

The Logitech x-530 are the best speakers in their price range by far, they sound **** nice for how cheap they are. I'd definitely go with those.

but overall, they're not GREAT...they're good.. the bass is boomy and not powerful enough...

well, u really cant expect that much out of 5.1 $55 speakers

however, they are quite good for that price
