I have been wondering wat RMS is because i am planing to get these speakers and there are 2 kind and the one with RMS are more money. Just want to no wat ones to buy. Computer Speakers.

RMS is the proper measurement of power consumption. Typically the peak wattage will be 3-4X the actual RMS power.

RMS is what you need to pay attention to when you look at power consumption. It has to do with how many effective watts you get in an alternating current circuit I believe? Peak is always larger and often misleading to people who don't know what to look for.
