Sound Effect Tutorials?

Okay so I am planning to get Adobe Audition as a professional sound effects creator.

Like how do I change the voice of a normal person to make it look like:

Darth Vader
On the phone
Using Walkie Talkies / Radio Communication (military)
Like in Unreal Tournament / Counter Strike (Double Kill)

And other cool voice effects?

Try a Voice Changer. You can probably find some free online online, or if your resourceful, you could probably find a torrent.

I see. Thanks. But I'm looking for more on tutorials than a software (like adjusting settings and such).

well i can tell you to get a phone sound you downsample the audio to something really ridiculous like 8-bit, 8khz.... then cut out alot of the bass and highs and just leave mid frequencies.

similar for any other sort of radio communication. cut out bass and highs and lower the quality.

well that covers two of them.

for the "double kill" or "headshot" you need a bassy and low pitch voice. if you have a pitch shifter plugin you can use that...and add a little reverb or medium delay to the voice.

for darth vader....it's similar, just lower quality and no reverb
