sound card

ok just started happening about 1 week ago, i notice when i scroll up or down the speakers put out like a glitching sound and when I load up a window it makes like a really high pitched noise (although u have to turn it up to tell if that noise is high pitched. This is driving me nuts, anyone who could help..give it a try..oh yea i got all the latest drivers

Ok i used to have this problem with my mold hardware ( had some integrated sound on my motherboard and still do but its better now anyways..), so it is when u scroll u get a scratchy noise (is that when u are playing music or something cause thats when mine used to happen), i didnt get the high pitched noise though, but i believe the solution to this to be a new sound card.

that sucks because i just bought this sound card and no it doesn't only happen when im listening to music, actually when im listening to music i dont even hear it, its when the song is over...oh btw my sound card is a "sb live! 7.1"
