I have a 7.1 sound card and ony 5.1 speakers, meaning iv got an extra 2 channels not being used. I use a program called Teamspeak (uses voip) wen playing games, and was wondering if I could somehow direct teh ts to come out of headphones connected to the 2 extra channels. any ideas? also i have another older sound card, is it possible to use 2 sound cards?

I'm not sure that you could do that with TS. Unless there is some kind of option somewhere in the game, then there probably isn't anyway to do that.
Currently, there isn't a known/easy way to use two soundcards. Windows is only capable of using one or the other even though 2+ are installed. Just out of curiousity, why would you want more than one? More connections? If so, then just goto radionshack or somehwhere and buy a few splitters and you'll have more connections for more speakers
