Yes I am Jewish.
I said restrained by windows mobile because from what I have read people have hated it. I was not referencing the customize-ability (is that a word?) of the OS, rather its limited success. I've read a lot of hate-mongering towards Windows mobile. App crashing, sluggish-ness, and all the goodies.
