Something that has really bugged me since joining TF.

^ Nobody reads sticky index threads as it is.

If you titled it,
Direct links to popular threads
it would get used.

Like spud wanting another thread stickied, it was commented that it would add to the clutter in the stickies. I would venture the guys here would use it. Once new members get that it is quicker to find popular threads they would read and use it too. And slip in a link to "Da Rules".
It's just a way to reduce stickie clutter.

I know it's a way to reduce clutter - but I'm going from experience with our Windows stickies indexes - we still have to point people to them. Why? Because people don't read. They don't even read the rules that are universally stickied - even if it was in flashing red letters.
