Something of interest For Vista Users

you know how microsoft removed the CTRL ALT Del to bring up task manager and now you either have to do CTRL ALT Del and go to the welcome screen then click task manager or right click the task bar and click task manager,

well i have just discovered that Ctrl+Shift+Esc will bring up the task manager

also while im here Windows logo key+Tab will cycle through open windows using flip 3d

jus some more things you may want to know,

with a file selected press F2 to rename it,
SHIFT+Delete deleteds a file permanently without going to recycle bin,
SHIFT once you inserted a C.D will prevent it from autoplaying,
Windows Key + Pause will open system properties


and everything else i can think of i think you will already know, alot of you probably already no this but the main thing i wanted to tell you was the task manager thing

Cool, I was wondering about that, cause going to that welcome screen is kind of annoying.

there was a thread started ages ago were people posted the shortcuts keys that they knew. it was for windows xp but i bet they will still work on vista. ill have a look fot it
