Some questions about my new cpu.

I have tried to post on a couple of other forums with now answer so if you could help me out. I am geting a new rig for Christmas i picked everything out but did i pick a ok cpu. Its a AMD Phenom X3 8600 Toliman 2.3GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 95W Triple-Core Processor.

Ok my questions are will this CPU run Arma 2, battlefield bad company two etc.
Can you unlock the 4th core on this cpu.
And last has anyone on here overclocked this cpu.
