the 319 dollar one is a water cooling system. ide advise the zalman 120mm if u can fit it. really any fan will be upgrade if u get a bigger or better one.

look and see what size fans your case will allow you to install. if you can, I'd install 120mm fans, they flow more air at lower speeds which makes them quieter. if you look at fans, a lot of them have decibel figures on them, just find the lowest one you can, you don't want to make your pc sound like a wind tunnel.
