Car Rebirthing is stealing a car,Absolutely stripped of everything,then that car is dumped,and they use those parts to rebuild another car and then they sell that "Rebirthed" car for a cheap price. Alot of it goes on around Sydney.

It was infront of my house, and they pulled a truck out of a driveway across the street (my friend's house). I called him and he told me it was just a drunk driver that got pulled over into his driveway.
The police in my town are fuckin NUTS because they are a private police force, not the county police force.
If you are pulled over for speeding and are under 24, they automatically call in another car. If under 18, its generally 2 cars. But they are INSANE. Bust you (or atleast try) for speeding if you are going 3mph over.
