So i'm joining the military

So, I just got back from talking to a recruiter.

I'm joining the Canadian communication reserve forces as a signal operator. This is assuming I pass the physical and aptitude tests, which should be no problem. Even though communications section is not part of the army, I still have to do the exact same training as them, and work side by side with them. Among normal soldier dutys, I would be operating radios and some working with computers as well. I leave in june to start the first 8 weeks of my training.

They really help pay for my education, and it's years of valuable job experience. Also want to serve my country.

Defiantly no DJ gear And wouldn't be on here much at all, I'm guessing.

Yeah, 8 weeks is pretty much Basic here. It's where you learn all the standard "your in the military" training.
