Slow/Wont Shutdown

I've been having a problem with windows for awhile now and yesterday i reformatted for many reasons but i still have this problem.


I have a feeling it's something to do with one of the programs i run or one of the windows update becayse it's also happening after i reformatted.

When i shutdown windows just seems to do nothing at all.... it just sits there for up to 5 min or it wont shutdown at all. This isnt really a major problem but i like to know that my computer is actuallly gunna shutdown when i tell it to.

check your event viewer logs see if any errors are coming up.

how do i do that?

right click my computer select manage, then youll see event viewer on the left, and then when you click that youll see 3 logs go into each on of them and see if there are any errors. sometimes they help sometimes they dont.
