Simple question about my icon resolution

Here is a picture of my icons in my toolbar:

All of my little windows icons look like this, I've experimented with changing screen resolution, but that affected nothing, anybody have some more ideas?

I would also like if it just said the time, not the day of the week, and I forgot how to turn that off.

Is that problem just with those icons or with all icons or anything else?

Yes, it's the little icons, the icons in the toolbar and in my start menu.
Also what about the day in my time, how do I take that off?

Is your taskbar 2x the length normally?

what bit rate is your colour set at? put it on high 32 bit and they should look normal again.

bitrate is at highest 32 bit what about my date displaying in the time? also could it be in the accesibility options?

i have no clue aboth the date and time.

are other things like pics fuzzy like that too?

Update, I got the icons fixed, now all I need help with is the time, the icons has some weird setting in accessibility options.
