u should just wait a few months and see what reviews say. and u can always reinstall XP...

I feel for those that are hesitant, wait until SP1 comes out. By that time, everything should work out with very little compatibility issues.

If their gonna shove DRM up the OS's ass, they should atleast make it secure.
I think it's utterly retarded that you have to 'upgrade' from XP and forfeit your XP license. I want to do a triple boot between XP, Vista AND linux.. but apparently that requires a little bit of hacking now.. afterall.. M$ hates linux... so bad in fact that they don't want to let the 'consumer' decide..
I would avoid buying vista with every fiber of my being. It would be against who I am to even consider buying a Microsoft operating system.
