Yeah, I't might be worth it. Esp, if you dont want to go thru the trouble of building your own and everything works. That stuff is a tad out dated but it's not that bad. You can always upgrade the video and move to ddr3 later on

i think the system is good enough for gaming, and a good price. I have that processor and I think its quite quick

Why doesn't it have DDR3 ram if the motherboard supports it? If it had DDR3 I would say $450 is a fair price.

Offer him $375 and see what he says.
