Well, in short: citric acid curds milk... orange juice-milk anyone? I discovered this by accident and as you can imagine my reaction was:

Try mixing baileys with a squirt of lime, instant curdled shot.
We used to do that to our pledges when they misbehaved...

He probably had a glass of milk or orange juice first....then he was too lazy to wash it out....so, he then poured orange juice or milk into the glass which formerly contained the other consumable liquid.

That's just my guess....
